CCOMM, a specialist Audio Visual systems integrator and Managed Videoconferencing Services provider, today announced that it has achieved ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 certification.
This quality management certification follows an extensive internal audit, executed by British Standards Institute (BSI). CCOMM’s offices in the United Kingdom and its audio visual application development team have been certified.
CCOMM shoulders the burden of all its customers’ IT-related audio visual and videoconferencing concerns to enable them to focus on core business activities. The CCOMM AVNOC (Audio Visual Network Operations Centre) provides tailored service and support both on and off-site, including ‘white glove’ services allowing complex video meetings to be set-up, supported and proactively monitored.
The certification bears testament to the fact that CCOMM’s quality assurance processes meet internationally accepted standards. ISO 9001:2008 imposes stringent requirements on an organisation’s quality control policy and on the measures taken to improve customer satisfaction. In achieving ISO 9001:2008 certification, CCOMM has demonstrated its command of the business processes necessary to make this work.
Mike Entwistle, CCOMM’s CEO: “This certification demonstrates that CCOMM’s business processes meet the strict ISO regulations and requirements. As an Audio Visual systems integration and Managed Video Service provider the successful completion of the certification cycle for ISO 9001:2008 by our entire organisation provides our customers with the confidence and assurance that they are in safe hands. It also puts CCOMM in a good position to meet the future growth demands of this industry.”
